If you all have a favorite song in common, why don't you two do your own videoclip where you sing? ;) Or why don't you addapt the lyrics to be about christmas and your friendship and do the videoclip and had some pictures of you three in the middle and so? :)

You could record yourselves talking to the camera about how much you love her and why you love her and so on ;)

You could wear some clothes that look like hers and do your own homemade videos to recreate some of your best moments, and you can play as yourselves and her ;) some funny moments that you can all laugh about are the best idea for this...
